- Proven experience in CAD drawings
Key Responsibility
- Support the Contractor in project management and site supervision.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assist in on-site inspections, ensuring construction work aligns with approved plans.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, work schedules, and records of construction activities.
- Help in preparing and submitting reports on construction progress to Board of Directors
- Coordinate with architects and consultants to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in testing materials and ensuring the quality control of construction work.
- Participate in site meetings to discuss project status, issues, and next steps.
